WHAT EXACTLY IS “WHOLE-LIFE WELLNESS”?
Whole-Life Wellness means looking at your life in a balanced way- its not just what you eat or how you move, but also how you think, how you recover (rest, sleep), and the daily habits that shape your future. In our coaching, we create a holistic plan that integrates all of these pieces.
how often do we meet?
We can meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and goals. In between sessions, you’ll have access to unlimited email support so you can check-in and ask questions anytime.
WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION OR HAVE TO CANCEL?
I ask that you notify me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you miss a session or contact me late, the session is forfeited.
IS THIS LIKE THERAPY?
No- while coaching and therapy can overlap in supporting personal growth, coaching is goal-focused, actionable, and future-oriented. I draw on tools from psychology and neuroscience, but the emphasis is on building new habits and developing a plan for the future rather than exploring deep trauma or providing diagnosis.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE CHANGES?
Every person is different, but clients often begin to notice shifts in energy, mindset, or habits within4-6 weeks. More lasting change (especially in behavior) typically builds over 3-6 months depending on your commitment and starting point.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
The first step is to book a discovery session- this is a 15-30 minute call or zoom session where we will talk about your goals, what’s holding you back, and how coaching could help. This gives us an opportunity to see if we are a good fit, and determine which coaching package might work best for you.
